The lynch mob against Nick Sandemann and the Covington High students was fostered and led, in great part, by toxic feminism. Just like every other thing the Left does, they accuse their prey of whatever they themselves are, or are doing, or are planning. We all know people who do that. The thief who puts herself in charge of the office entertainment fund, the philanderer who persistently accuses their spouse of having affairs. Feminism has gone so far into insanity that their unhinged shrieks make sane people reconsider the original, ancient definition of "hysteria".
And Feminism is not long for this world, one way or the other.
Bill Quick, as he often does, gets to the true heart of the matter in "The Balance of Force Is…Unfavorable":
".... Feminism is an artifact of male chivalry, itself an artifact of western European civilization, just as the myth of Ghandi’s non-violence as being irresistible, flounders and falls in the face of the observation that Ghandi’s rebellion, had he tried to carry it out against Stalin, would have lasted precisely as long as it took Stalin to find and murder him – ie., about an hour. In other words, non-violence and feminism are both successful only so far, and for as long, as their opponents permit them to be.
"All we need to do to estimate the real-world strength of feminism (of the feminazi variety) is to examine non-western, non-chivalrous cultures – say, the entire Islamic world. Try to imagine the cartoon I put at the head of this piece occurring in, oh, Saudi Arabia. It can’t happen, because of the dirty little secret that underlies all such physical feminism – it’s a lie. Beneath the thin veneer of a few hundred years of deliberate custom likes the ancient world of pure force, the force for which men are much better suited by their own genetic heritage than are women."
As Glenn Reynolds (who is quoted in the article) likes to say: "Go read the whole thing".
"I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see." ~John Burroughs

QOTD: The Wall
Quote of the Day:
"Anybody who votes against the Wall should have to live in a doorless house and welcome anybody and everybody who wanders in and claims squatter rights."

Boy Scouts Love President Trump's Speech at National Jamboree, Shout "We Love Trump!" and "USA! USA! USA!"
During President Trump's speech to the Boy Scouts, that huge crowd applauded constantly, chanted " We love Trump! We love Trump! We love Trump!" and "USA! USA! USA!", and they "boo'ed" when he mentioned "his opponent".
Here's a sample quote:
PRESIDENT TRUMP: "Your lives will have meaning and purpose and joy. You will become leaders, and you will inspire others to achieve the dreams they once thought were totally impossible, things that you said could never, ever happen are already happening for you. And if you do these things -- and if you refuse to give in to doubt or to fear -- then you will help to make America great again. You will be proud of yourself, be proud of the uniform you wear, and be proud of the country you love." (Applause.)
AUDIENCE: USA! USA! USA!And just in case the Fake News starts getting it wrong, there were only two times the audience boo'ed. One when he mentioned Hillary:
PRESIDENT TRUMP: "We won Florida. We won South Carolina. We won North Carolina. We won Pennsylvania. (Applause.)
We won and won. So when they said, there is no way to victory, there is no way to 270. I went to Maine four times because it’s one vote, and we won. But we won -- one vote. I went there because I kept hearing we're at 269. But then Wisconsin came in. Many, many years -- Michigan came in.
And we worked hard there. My opponent didn't work hard there because she was told --
AUDIENCE: Booo!
THE PRESIDENT: "She was told she was going to win Michigan....."and then when President Trump was telling the story of William Levitt, and teased them with a cliff-hanger:
PRESIDENT TRUMP: " I won’t go any more than that because you’re Boy Scouts, so I’m not going to tell you what he did."
AUDIENCE: Booo --
THE PRESIDENT: "Should I tell you? Should I tell you?"
AUDIENCE: Yes!
Final real news: The audience loved the speech and the President ALL THE WAY THROUGH:
PRESIDENT TRUMP: So I have to tell you what we did, in all fairness, is an unbelievable tribute to you and all of the other millions and millions of people that came out and voted for Make America Great Again. (Applause.)
AUDIENCE: USA! USA! USA!The President ended his speech with a blessing:
PRESIDENT TRUMP: "And I just want to end by saying very importantly: God bless you. God bless the Boy Scouts. God bless the United States of America.
Go out. Have a great time in life. Compete and go out and show me that there is nobody -- nobody -- like a Boy Scout."

Ways To Survive An Active Shooter When Trapped Unarmed In A Closed Room: No Martial Arts or Strength Needed
98% of all "survive an active shooting" articles concentrate on the same old things: run away or hide and call 911. Cute slogans: "Run Hide Fight". But when it comes to practical suggestions for the "Fight" part, most include more tips on how to keep the police from shooting you by mistake if you do escape or survive, than information on how to foil the attacker.
This article by Eric Spitznagel at Men's Health, "The Smartest Thing To Do In An Active Shooter Situation" is the most useful Active Shooter video & article that I have seen. Even a handicapped person or kids could do this, even if trapped in a room unarmed. The video actually shows us how to do it.
Filled with practical advice from former member of Israeli Special Forces & self-defense expert Alon Stivi, the article points out details we have all known in our hearts such as:
"Nobody has ever survived an active shooter by ducking under a desk or a table. It just doesn’t happen. And do you know why?"Or:
"Because they were sitting targets?"
"That’s right. Every shooter knows that’s where people are scrambling to hide, and that’s where they look first. And then they shoot you at point blank range."
"Maybe I’m confusing how to survive a shooter with what I learned as a kid about surviving a fire. My instinct is to “Stop, drop, and roll.”I really appreciate that he says we should approach training - practical, like fire drills and unafraid:
"That’s actually not that far off from the standard operating procedure. It’s called lockdown. Which means, you just stay where you are.
But if you look at most of these shootings, you realize that people died because they were in a lockdown."
"I haven’t become paranoid, and I’ll tell you why. It’s pretty simple. There is only one antidote to fear. Well, maybe two.Go to Men's Health to read the whole enlightening article.
First is the belief in fate. You believe that everything will somehow be fine and you’ll be taken care of by some higher power, and that’s great. "
"And for the rest of us?"
"The real antidote to fear is knowledge. I know what to look for. I know what to do if something bad happens. I have a plan of action.
This knowledge is what allows somebody to live a life free from fear. ...."
"....I’ll give you an example. When you came to the office today, you probably crossed a road, right?... And before you crossed, you looked left and right, just to make sure there wasn’t a car coming. Because if you didn’t, you might die. If you get hit by a car going 60 miles an hour, you will be obliterated.
So you check for that car, and you don’t feel paranoid or stressed about needing to do that, do you?
"Not at all. It’s just something you do."
"Exactly. It’s a part of your life. It’s a part of the world we live in. Two hundred years ago, there were no cars. We looked for, I don’t know, mountain lions."

Working Women All Through History: Blacksmiths, Silversmiths, Nail Makers
If you thought that "Kate the Blacksmith" was an anachronism in A Knight's Tale... she wasn't. (Well except for her dialect... and maybe her attitude...) Despite the feminist mythology, women have engaged, openly and profitably, in almost every occupation in every era in the western, Christian world.
In the 14th Century Holkham Bible, this illustration shows a woman blacksmith forging a nail. Note the assumption in the caption, written by a modern author, that she is "the Blacksmith's wife". Maybe she was and maybe she wasn't... what the factual record shows is a woman working at a forge with hammer and tongs.
The Bodleian Library blog has an interesting article about "Lizzie Bennett, Blacksmith":
" An account of blacksmithing work done in December 1708 by Eliz[abeth] Bennett at Blenheim ‘Castle’, her job included making 32 dozen holdfasts for the joiners (at 2 shillings a dozen), making new handles for three saws, mending a pump in the meadows, and making wedges and clouts (patches or plates) used in the stairs. But in addition to making items for a fixed price, she also charged for work by the pound weight. Twenty five pounds of iron works for a grindstone at 4 pence a pound earned her 8s 4d (100 pence total) and 31 pounds of wedges and clouts, also at 4 pence a pound, made her 10s 4d.The total for what would have been several days or weeks of highly skilled work? 4 pounds, 17 shillings, 2 pence. Not bad at all if you compare it to a female servant’s income at about that time – maidservant Sarah Sherin made £4 a year in 1717, while in the farming world, a female labourer called Goody Currell was paid 4 pence a day at an Oxfordshire farm in 1759, fifty years later."An article from the Colonial Williamsburg journal:
"The Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths in London lists sixty-five "brethren" and two "sistren" in its 1434 charter."
"A 1770 publication called The Tradesman's True Guide or a Universal Directory for the Towns of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsal, Dudley and the manufacturing village in the neighborhood of Birmingham carries exhaustive lists of tradesmen and -women alphabetically by name and by trade. There are women listed in every trade from butcher to wire drawer."
"Only recently did a Colonial Williamsburg interpreter look closely at a nineteenth-century print that had been hanging on the wall at the Geddy House for years: a portion of Ben Franklin's Poor Richard Illustrated features a country blacksmith shop where four men are working, and in the right-hand corner, a woman hammers at an anvil rather inconspicuously. A 1505 Polish print is centered on a lovely woman at a spindle, but a careful inspection of the background shows a woman making a shoe on her knee."The article notes the big error in modern & postmodern Feminist History: the idea that women "weren't allowed to work" doesn't hold up to scrutiny:
"What is more compelling is the lack of documentation that women were not allowed to work. Although religious practices and social norms might have restricted certain activities in some parts of the world, there were no laws prohibiting women from working a trade.
"Yet sometimes scholars and guests have a hard time accepting the notion that women did just that. Schumann says that "the greatest obstacle for the visitor is in accepting Rind as an eighteenth-century woman, and not a 'born-before-her-time' women's libber."As I point out when demonstrating Letterpress Printing, an ordinary occupation of women since Gutenberg's time, women have always worked for pay - they had to make a living, then as now. This author agrees:
".... no matter what century it is, women have always done what is necessary to provide for themselves and their families."

Sign of the Times: Voice Of The Deplorables
This billboard was paid for by a businessman in Boerne, Texas! It reads "ABC News: I grew up with you. We are through. The Russians didn't elect Donald Trump. I did. Kyle Courtney "
At Accuracy In Media, Don Irvine reports:

At Accuracy In Media, Don Irvine reports:
"[Kyle] Courtney released the following statement to News4 in San Antonio:Thank you, and God bless you, Mr. Courtney. Many millions of us share your thinking -and also proudly voted FOR Donald John Trump without apology or equivocation.
“ABC News was the only channel I watched as a child growing up in Texas but I think they have lost touch with America and forgotten the working man. They don’t represent our voice anymore. Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign was funded by the Clinton Foundation in close coordination with the media, and now we’re seeing them try to fix what they couldn’t fix during the election. They are doing everything they can, night after night, to create narratives and sway people’s direction to impeach Donald Trump. Our democracy is at stake when a major political party and the media are in bed together. I’m not asking anyone to boycott the Democratic party. I’m not in the brainwashing business, but the liberal media is.” "

Yes, Citizenship Still Matters In Political Leaders
Why the Constitution's peculiar insistence on "Natural Born" Citizenship for the President? Because they were tired of being oppressively ruled by Dual-Citizens whose loyalties weren't to one country, but to several.
Today's Globalists see themselves as the kings of empires, like those of old.
In an off-topic discussion over at Tony Heller's Real Climate Science blog, there's debate about Malik Obama's tweet of a purported Kenyan birth certificate, and some say it's time to drop those unanswered questions.
But the question of President Obama's potential "dual citizenship" is still relevant for future candidates - because the situation above is still a potential danger to US sovereignty. Remember: even the so-called "conservatives" tried to foist a man with dual (or triple) citizenship on the GOP this past election. Ted Cruz - who is our Senator, and we voted for him for the Senate - is supposed to be a champion of the Constitution, but he didn't bother to mention his divided loyalties while running for Senate, and blew it off when he was pushed into running for President.
Our elected offices around the country are peppered with people who hold dual citizenship in other nations, including Mexico. The State Dept in recent history has refused to demand new citizens repudiate their citizenship in their home country, thus leaving it up to the individual to determine their loyalties.
Even Michelle Bachman didn't mention her dual citizenship during her campaign until after she had dropped out of the race, when it came up in an interview on a Swiss TV station (!) - and the US news media blew it off just like she did, despite the aggression with which they otherwise attacked her. Why? Because the globalists do not want that to enter the radar of consciousness for Americans.
The globalist elites collect passports the way the European royal families of old collected cousins.
The authors of the US Constitution were tired of having the British government led by people who were also loyal to Berlin or Amsterdam or Paris or Madrid or St Petersburg.
To stop the insanity, Nationalism must also restore the legal value of citizenship in a single nation, and must reject those who divide their house.
Today's Globalists see themselves as the kings of empires, like those of old.
Via "English Monarchs": "When Britain's last Stuart monarch, Queen Anne died in 1714, the crown of England passed by the 1701 Act of Setttlement to the Stuart dynasty's German Protestant cousin, House of Hanover's King George I, who was actually 52nd in line to the throne at that time. The Act effectively excluded the hereditary Stuart heir, James II's Catholic son, James Francis Edward Stuart, thereafter referred to as the 'Old Pretender'. "Infogalactic shows why German-born King-of-England George 1st's granddaughter Queen Victoria was nicknamed "Grandmother of Europe":
"The royal descendants of Queen Victoria (Queen of the United Kingdom) and of Christian IX (King of Denmark) currently occupy the thrones of Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. At the outbreak of the First World War their grandchildren occupied the thrones of Denmark, Greece, Norway, Germany, Romania, Russia, Spain and the United Kingdom."

QOTD: Twenty Things President Trump Did Not Do
Mr Leo Decaj posted a comment on President Donald J Trump's Facebook page and asked that it be shared. I shared it in a comment on Bill Quick's fine Deplorable Blog "Daily Pundit", and Bill liked it so well he pulled it up to a stand-alone post:
Twenty Things President Trump Did Not Do
Leo Decaj wrote: “Keep this in mind :
- Donald Trump did not steal your money.
- Donald Trump did not raise your taxes.
- Donald Trump did not quadruple the price of food.
- Trump is not stirring a race war.
- Trump did not leave any US soldiers in Benghazi to be slaughtered and desecrated by Muslims.
- Trump did not send the US Navy to fight for Syrian Al-Qaeda.
- Trump did not arm ISIS and systematically exterminate Christians throughout the Middle East.
- Trump did not betray Israel.
- Trump did not provide financing and technology to Iran’s nuclear weapons program.
- Trump did not give our military secrets to China.
- Trump did not remove our nuclear missile shield in Poland at the behest of Russia.
- Trump did not shrivel our military, and betray our veterans.
- Trump did not cripple our economy.
- Trump did not increase our debt to 20 trillion dollars.
- Trump did not ruin our credit, twice.
- Trump did not double African American unemployment.
- Trump did not increase welfare to a record level for eight years.
- Trump did not sign a law making it legal to execute, and imprison Americans.
- Trump did not set free all of terrorists in Guantanamo bay.
- Trump did not steal your rights, violate US Constitutional law, or commit treason, hundreds of times.
Yet Trump is being ripped apart in the news, non stop. Barrack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton and the criminals occupying our government, are not. The media is the Democratic Party. Save our culture. Stop listening to them..!!
He's right!

Open Letter to the Cast of Hamilton
A theater company is not responsible for what the audience does, but the persons on stage are responsible for how they react to audiences. Twice this week, Nuclear Hillary Clinton's supporters have reacted with unprofessional cowardice to audience disapproval. In both cases, they have abused the power of the stage and microphone to lash out politically at people who only came and paid to see them give a recreational performance. These supporters of Hillary the WarMonger reacted to their own paranoid imaginings and beat up on people who did nothing to them.
Earlier in the week, comedienne Wanda Sykes cursed her audience with obscene language after some of them booed her inappropriate and unfunny political attacks on President Trump and Americans who voted for him. They came to see a comedy show to support a good non-partisan cause, but she wasn't willing to let them do that.
And now, after some audience members at the Broadway play "Hamilton" were so obtuse as to boo Vice-President-Elect Mike Pence who was in the audience to see the play, the cast ignored their job, teamed up with the mob (power in deranged numbers) and lectured Mr Pence from the stage about how they are "diverse" and have "feelings" and want "protection".
The same kind of "protection" apparently, that they won't offer to people in their audiences who haven't done anything to harm them. The same kind of "feelings" that they ignore when it isn't someone they see in their dressing room mirrors.
We all have feelings. Adulthood is understanding that we are responsible for controlling our feelings, and maturity includes being self reliant enough to no longer need protectors, nor group-membership for our self esteem. After witnessing the irrational mental breakdown and destruction and riots and violence against President Trump's supporters, perpetrated by deluded abusive bullies who didn't get their globalist way, my own feelings have developed with remarkable clarity:
Dear Cast of Hamilton,
We are Les Deplorables. We. Don’t. Care.
Signed,
A sole member of the smallest minority on earth, for whom the Constitution was written to defend me against the fashionably violent tyranny of your diverse elitist bullying mob.
11/20/16 Update: "Little Steven" Van Zandt has rightly named this bullying, and used Twitter to call on the cast of Hamilton to apologize, saying, in part:
I first heard of "Little Steven" Van Zandt when he stood up against South Africa's legal segregation of races called Apartheid, recording the song "I Ain't Gonna Play Sun City". He is not exaggerating when he says he was politically active before most of the Hamilton actors were born.
Thanks to Steven for modelling professional, adult behavior to a group that apparently never learned the basics of their craft, or of how to live in the wide world. It's obvious they need an elder statesman to guide them into genuine adult self-control.

"Nobody on this planet disagrees more with everything Pence represents. But I don't tolerate bullying in any form. Even the respectful kind."
"A guy comes to a Broadway show for a relaxing night out. Instead he gets a lecture from the stage! Not a level playing field. It's bullying."
"You don't single out an audience member and embarrass him from the stage. A terrible precedent to set."
"So because he's a public figure we should be rude to him and bully him at public events? I'm not the one who couldn't be more wrong on this."

An Open Letter To President Obama, On His Slander Against Americans
" In our globalized world, with the migration of people and the rapid movement of ideas and cultures and traditions, we see increasingly this blend of forces mixing together in ways that often enrich our societies but also cause tensions . . . Faced with this new reality where cultures clash, it’s inevitable that some will seek a comfort in nationalism or tribe or ethnicity or sect."Since "open letters to" seem to be in vogue, here's my reply to President Obama, and all who slander anyone for rejecting the false song of globalism :
Dear President Obama,
We are Les Deplorables. We. Don’t. Care.
Signed,
A Natural Born Native Indigenous American Citizen, Daughter of God through Jesus Christ, whose ancestors have been here longer than most Indian Tribes, descended from old European Kings and Serfs, Indentured Servants and Oddlings, all the way back to Adam and Eve.

No Truce With Quislings: NeverTrump Still Trying To Poison The Truth
The guy who writes at "Posse Incitatus" blog is, for all the rebellious name of his blog, normally level headed - as in "a normal person" along with "usually".
But he has HAD IT with those who've set themselves in opposition to President Trump.
In a post titled "This Stupid Business About Bannon Is Why Never Trump Must Be Destroyed", he writes:
But he has HAD IT with those who've set themselves in opposition to President Trump.
In a post titled "This Stupid Business About Bannon Is Why Never Trump Must Be Destroyed", he writes:
"There is nothing new here, just the usual "people are saying" crap mixed in with the "have you stopped beating your wife?" style questions being thrown at the Trump camp.
"What's new is that Conservatism Inc. has decided to join the witch hunt.
"I'm old enough to remember Jonah Goldberg angrily denouncing this game, but now he's down with it. The reason is of course that National Review hates Breitbart.
"Breitbart has been an oasis during this election season, a source of constant inspiration and amusement. Naturally the left wants it dead.
"So does Official Conservatism. You see, unlike National Review, Breitbart is actually gaining readers rather than losing them.
"This is why Never Trump needs to be disposed of immediately. They have shown that in addition to being traitors during the election, they are happy to serve as Quislings after it. "
Bingo. President Trump knows this better than anyone. To accomplish his goals, he will have to use every bit of cunning that God has given him for this job. Expect him to keep his every plan close to the vest until after the ink has dried on his bold John Henry and the action has already been accomplished.
And in the mean time, we can't believe a single word written by any person who was not a solid, early champion of President Trump. Especially the National Review and avowed NeverTrump ilk. If they say the sky is blue, go verify it yourself - and still assume they have an ulterior motive for telling it.
The links on my "dynamically updated" sidebar are all to people who supported Trump actively or at least offered truly balanced coverage and can write about him fairly without throwing in lists of perjorative adjectives at the end of every paragraph. Daily Pundit, The Last Refuge, Don Surber, The Diplomad 2.0, White House Dossier, King Jester's Blog, William M Briggs, Vox Popoli, Stephan Molyneux, Drudge Report, Sharyl Attkisson, and Chronicles Magazine are all solid sources of genuine facts and pull-em-up-short rebuttals. The others are reliable as well.

Why Hillary Clinton's Drinking Is The "Biggest Risk Factor In This Election"
Scott Adams reminds us that candidate alcohol use is the biggest risk factor in this election, pointing out: "Because of nuclear codes and terror attacks and whatnot", that it is *not okay* for a President to drink. He writes:
"Imagine you lived in a world in which no one except one senior citizen ever drank alcoholic beverages. Would you think it is a good idea to choose this one person – the only drinker in the world – to be in charge of the nuclear arsenal?
"No, that would be crazy. We know alcohol impairs judgment. And a president is on-call for emergencies 24-hours a day. Alcohol plus life-and-death decisions is a dangerous combination."He says Americans overlook candidate drinking because lots of us drink too, but just as we now know that an expectant mother must cease all alcohol intake during her pregnancy, we also need to choose leaders who avoid the dangers of alcohol:
"I would argue that alcohol consumption is the biggest risk differential in this election. We’re just blind to that risk because alcohol is socially acceptable. But even in your own life, you see alcohol being the force behind unwanted pregnancies, drunk driving, bar fights, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and just about every bad decision you’ve ever made.
If we humans were even a little bit objective we would never select a leader who is likely to be impaired by alcohol several hours per week, including the workday. (Allegedly.)"(Go over and read his whole article - there's an excellent Risk Assessment for both candidates)
Donald Trump does not and has never drank, or smoked anything, or taken any illegal drugs. He also advises parents that the best way to help their kids avoid substance abuse is to lead a "straight edge lifestyle" themselves:
“If you don’t drink and you don’t do drugs, your children … are going to have a tremendously enhanced chance of really being successful and having a good life,” he said.
“The world is so tough and it is so competitive that you can’t put yourself, as a child, or even as a parent, if you want that child to be successful, at a disadvantage of letting them drink or letting them take drugs because it is not going to work,” Mr. Trump said. “They are going to be at a tremendous disadvantage and ultimately they may not recover.”
Hillary Clinton's drinking, on the other hand, is "legendary", as reported by her own staff and friendly media, and she is frequently photographed drinking.
In an schmoozy article last summer promoting her titled "‘President Hillary Clinton?’ She Wants Progress on Immigration and to Drink With G.O.P.". the New York Times says if elected she will be "negotiating over adult beverages", quotes Nera Tanden of the Center for American Progress that Hillary "really loves talking over drinks” and goes on to say:
"Mrs. Clinton’s ability to use alcohol as a political lubricant came up repeatedly when allies and advisers were asked how she might work with Republicans. Her tale about a drinking contest with Senator John McCain of Arizona is now a Washington legend. "
The UK's Telegraph reported on that incident during her 2008 campaign against Obama, when Hillary's campaign manager went into detail with the BBC about how Hillary Clinton knocked back four shots of vodka to "win" a drinking contest against John McCain:
"...the story was finally confirmed by Mrs Clinton's campaign manager, and by the owner of a restaurant in the Estonian capital of Tallinn. Dimitri Demjanov, proprietor of Gloria's, said the two political heavyweights managed four shots each before Mrs Clinton was declared the winner, though the rules of the contest remain somewhat opaque.
"Was it first past the post? Did Mr McCain demand a recount? Mr Demjanov refused to say, but when asked who was the winner he did not hesitate before answering: 'Hillary won. She stayed correct after four shots. And John McCain too.'"Do you know how much, and how often, and how long, a little woman has to drink hard liquor in order to still appear sober after four shots of vodka? That is a classic sign of daily drinking that starts every morning. A sign of going through life in a near-constant alcoholic haze.
The Telegraph continues:
"Mr Demjanov spoke briefly to the BBC after Terry McAuliffe, Mrs Clinton's campaign manager, said in an interview that Mrs Clinton had 'beaten' Mr McCain in the drinking contest.
"He said: 'She loves to sit, throw 'em back. We all hear about the story that she and John McCain actually had a shot contest, I think in the Ukraine or somewhere around the world. And she actually beat John McCain in a shot contest. She's a girl from Illinois who likes to throw 'em down with the rest of us.'
"Mr McCain's 'people' were rather less forthcoming, saying their man had been for a few drinks with Mrs Clinton but denying a contest.
"Quite why Mr McAuliffe chose to reveal the story at such a crucial time in the Democratic campaign is unclear, but tales of hard drinking rarely turn out to be vote winners.
"William Hague famously bragged about how he had been able to drink 14 pints of bitter a day as a teenager, before he lost to a Labour landslide in the 2001 general election.
And Charles Kennedy stepped down as leader of the Liberal Democrats in 2006 under pressure from his own party after admitting to having a drink problem."
CBS News reporter Fernando Suarez reported Hillary Clinton drinking Crown Royal at an Indiana bar in 2008. He was kind, talking about "the glass mug she waved in the air so proudly as
the crowd chanted her name. " But The Spectator called it "an excruciatingly embarrassing scene".
In 2012 while Secretary of State, her barroom antics in Columbia for the "Summit of the Americas" resulted in a New York Post front page headline "Swillary". "Secretary of PARTYING" was the tagline used by the celebrity news website TMZ.
And Mediate reported: "Across the pond, a blog post in the London Telegraph asked if Clinton is “becoming an embarrassment” as Secretary of State. As some reports note, Cafe Havana’s about as close to Cuba as Clinton will be getting any time soon."
During the 2015 primary campaign, Hillary's staff apparently wanted to show of her "fun" side, and used her drinking as proof. One of her former advisors-turned-CNN-commentator, Patti Solis Doyle spent most of 2015 chatting about how much fun Hillary is to drink with, pointing out in her very first article:
"So, do you want to have a beer with Hillary? Having worked for her for more than 17 years, I've had a beer (or two) with her and I can tell you it is a hell of a lot of fun. "She later repeated her talking points to Bloomberg and Politico reporters in a HuffPo Live round table, noting that Hillary prefers "wine and vodka".
The Free Beacon, bemused by Sollis Doyle's insistence on stating the obvious, noted:
"New York Times reporter Amy Chozick would likely corroborate Solis Doyle’s claims. The journalist, who covers Clinton, told ABC News in a February interview ahead of Clinton’s official campaign launch,
“She likes to drink. We were on the campaign trail in 2008 and the press thought she was just taking shots to pander to voters in Pennsylvania.”
“Um, no,” Chozick continued."Esther Goldberg, in the American Spectator article "We Need To Talk About Hillary Clinton -
A party girl who’s a saloon series all by herself.", gives a compassionate history of Hillary's drinking, and observes that Hillary's "health has manifestly been destroyed by alcohol " and people who should care about her enough to intervene, instead suggest she "should drink even more."
Goldberg winds up with a modern parable about the dangers of pretending all is well, and finishes:
" There’s a lot of rationalization, but the matter is never discussed.
"We live in a society where there are things we don’t talk about, important things. We tell ourselves, or we are told, how “capable” and “steady” Hillary Clinton is, though she’s proved herself to be the opposite and getting worse every day.
"Who knows what tragedy a Clinton presidency will bring down upon the world the country and the world?
"We really do need to talk about Hillary Clinton, but not now. Another time."
I've touted Donald Trump's clean life style and freedom from addiction issues for the entire campaign. So has he, and have others. But the media, the Republican Party, doctrine-absorbed Christians who should find abstinence from alcohol a singular reason to champion him, have all ignored this element of character in Mr Trump, and the critical character flaw that alcohol use represents in Hillary Clinton.
So: if not now... when?
Whether Hillary Clinton has a drinking problem, or 'just likes to party', it is clear from her own staff and friendly media that she drinks hard liquor, and that she drinks frequently.
Are Americans really willing to risk having a drunk President when "that 3 am phone call comes in"?

"Fate Of The World": Bernie Sanders' Supporters Can Help Save The World From Hillary Clinton's War-Mongering
"President Obama claims "The fate of the world is teetering."
I hope that Bernie Sanders' supporters will consider voting for Mr Donald Trump, or for one of the other genuine candidates such as Jill Stein. This election should have been between Senator Sanders and Mr Trump, but the elites conspired with Hillary against Bernie, just as on the Republican side our own party is still trying to stop Donald. I have friends who voted for Bernie, and I think we have in common the deep understanding that America needs new leadership that will represent people instead of "donors". While we may disagree on some policies, we come together on others, and we absolutely share the same urgency to stop the corruption in government (in both parties) and extract America from the careless war-adventuring that is causing such anguish.
Both Bernie and Donald share a goal to get America out of the FIVE foreign wars that Hillary is lurching to expand and escalate. Both also share the goal to take care of Americans (see Donald's position papers on his website - the media ignores them, but he has good positions on all issues facing our nation and people).
Donald Sensing writes on his blog:
The disaster that is Syria is almost wholly on Clinton's shoulders. In 2012, Hillary Clinton turned her wargaming on Syria, angrily "predicting" that "a coup would take down Assad" after she failed to get UN support for the Islamist rebels, and setting out to make it happen with a plan for the US to arm and train them anyway "with help from a neighboring state", and despite a dire warning from Henry Kissinger "that an intervention [in Syria] would imperil the foundation of world order."
Which, we now see, it has done.
Please vote. There are three other candidates to vote for, and your vote for any one of them is a vote against corruption, against criminals in high places, and against Hillary Clinton's terrifying bad judgment.

"President Obama claims "The fate of the world is teetering." Well, Green Party candidate Jill Stein would certainly agree. She said a few weeks ago that a President Hillary Clinton will just continue to attack and bomb other countries: " Under Hillary Clinton, we could slide into nuclear war very quickly from her declared policy in Syria."
"Even the UK's The Independent chimed in: "Could Hillary Clinton start a World War? Sure as [snip] she could – and here’s how."
"And then there is this: "Don't trust Clinton to avoid stupid wars: The world she had a big hand in making as secretary of State doesn't look very peaceful." In 2010, things in Iraq were so peaceful that Joe Biden was bragging that the administration’s Iraq policy would be “one of the great achievements of this administration.” In 2012, with Clinton still serving as secretary of State, President Obama bragged about “ending” the war in Iraq, which would be news to the thousands of U.S. troops fighting there today.
"Then there’s Libya. According to The New York Times, Clinton played a "critical” role in persuading Obama to topple Libyan strongman Moammar Gadhafi. This led to what The Atlantic''s Conor Friedersdorf calls her ”failed war in Libya.”
"The fate of the world may indeed be teetering, just as Obama says, but it is teetering all the more because of the last eight years of his administration and very much because of Hillary Clinton's role in it."
The disaster that is Syria is almost wholly on Clinton's shoulders. Want a "Godly Leader"? Remember King Cyrus, and Vote For Donald Trump
Want a "Godly leader"? Remember King Cyrus, who GOD anointed to rebuild the temple and free God's people, even though Cyrus did not know God. Cyrus was a BUILDER.
Mr Trump is a builder who does not need the "pay" of the office. Mr Trump is a "type" of Cyrus: a man called by our Father God "for such a time as this", when American citizens are made exiles in our own country.
Mr Trump is a builder who does not need the "pay" of the office. Mr Trump is a "type" of Cyrus: a man called by our Father God "for such a time as this", when American citizens are made exiles in our own country.
God said: "I will stir up Cyrus and help him win his battles. I will make all his roads straight. He will rebuild Jerusalem. My people have been taken away from their country. But he will set them free. I will not pay him to do it. He will not receive a reward for it,” says the Lord who rules over all. " Isaiah 45:13Mr Trump is even getting the opposition that the original Cyrus got!
" Then the [adversaries to rebuilding] discouraged the people of Judah, and made them afraid to build, and they bribed officials to frustrate their plan throughout the reign of King Cyrus of Persia and until the reign of King Darius of Persia. ... they wrote an accusation against the inhabitants of Judah and Jerusalem." Ezra 4: 4-6So no matter what False Witness (violation of the 9th Commandment) you hear, remember Isaiah 44, and take heart!
“This is what the Lord says— your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: "I am the Lord, the Maker of all things....Here is a list of the dozens of Bible references to King Cyrus. Just as Israel needed a leader to authorize them to rebuild their own country, so do we today. And just as our Creator God gave them that leader, so we today have the opportunity to elect a "type" of Cyrus: Mr Donald J Trump, whose proven leadership will enable us to make the repairs to our nation, our infrastructure, our systems, and our right to self determination that America needs.
who foils the signs of false prophets [political analysts] and makes fools of diviners [polling companies],
who overthrows the learning of the wise and turns it into nonsense,
who carries out the words of his servants and fulfills the predictions of his messengers, ....
who says of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd and will accomplish all that I please; he will say of Jerusalem, “Let it be rebuilt,” and of the temple, “Let its foundations be laid.”’ Isaiah 44:24-26, 28

Donald Trump, Winged Horses, and The Folly Of Trying To Make Everyone "Nice"
C.S. Lewis, in "Mere Christianity", has something to say to Christians about judging people by their perceived public "niceness". Those who support Mr Donald Trump for President understand this very well. We are eager to let our winged horse grow his wings and bring America to great new heights.
".....we must not suppose that even if we succeeded in making everyone nice we should have saved their souls. A world of nice people, content in their own niceness, looking no further, turned away from God, would be just as desperately in need of salvation as a miserable world—and might even be more difficult to save.
"For mere improvement is not redemption, though redemption always improves people even here and now and will, in the end, improve them to a degree we cannot yet imagine. God became man to turn creatures into sons: not simply to produce better men of the old kind but to produce a new kind of man. It is not like teaching a horse to jump better and better but like turning a horse into a winged creature. Of course, once it has got its wings, it will soar over fences which could never have been jumped and thus beat the natural horse at its own game.
"But there may be a period, while the wings are just beginning to grow, when it cannot do so: and at that stage the lumps on the shoulders—no one could tell by looking at them that they are going to be wings—may even give it an awkward appearance."
~ C. S. Lewis, from "Mere Christianity", presented in Bible Gateway's "C. S. Daily" email newsletter

Is This Why The Unwarranted Hoopla Over Zika? FDA Approves Release of GMO Mosquitos Into the US
In addition to the $1.5 Billion in Scam Dollars the United Nations is holding out their hands for, of course.
The Obama Administration, the UN and the CDC have been eagerly pushing Zika-infected people across US borders as though the brief cold-like illness is not dangerous. Which, scientifically, it isn't. It has not been proven to cause any birth defects. It has not even been "associated with" any microcephaly outside of Brazil - and Brazil is known to have an extremely high rate of babies born with microcephaly, due to several known, and a number of scientifically suspected causes - none of which are Zika.
From the article in The Guardian:
"A release of genetically engineered mosquitoes that it is hoped could help combat the spread of the Zika virus has been approved in Florida by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
"Oxitec, a spinoff from a project at Oxford University, was recently purchased by Intrexon, the corporation that produces non-browning “Arctic” apples and fast-fattening “AquaBounty” salmon. The FDA announcement nearly clears the way for it to release the mosquitoes in an experimental trial on Key Haven, a small island in the Florida Keys. One obstacle remains, however: the voters of Monroe County.
"In November, roughly 52,000 voters will decide if they want the trial to go forward. The referendum will not be legally binding, but most members of the elected Florida Keys mosquito control board have said they will abide by voters’ wishes. The trial has been hotly contested, with many residents vocally opposed to the mosquitoes’ release."
and:
"Whether Keys voters approve the mosquito, however, may eventually prove irrelevant. Oxitec is releasing the insects on a trial basis in Panama, Brazil and the Cayman Islands, and has applied for experimental release permits in Sri Lanka and India.
"Oxitec is developing another species of mosquito, the Aedes albopictus, Parry said. Like Aedes aegypti, it is capable of transmitting zika, dengue fever and chikungunya."
Meanwhile, there is a mounting and visible lack of evidence that Zika causes anything worse than the mild, brief illness it has been for 60 years.
The only sure thing is that the US government and the CDC were not and still are not worried about the emergence of a polio-related illness last summer called " enterovirus D-68 " that left more than 100 American children paralyzed, children who had been healthy a week earlier.

Was It Ben Rhodes or Susan Rice Who Made Up The Lies This Time?
I wonder whether it was Ben Rhodes or Susan Rice who made up the newest fiction to fool Americans and help the Democrats? As Bill Quick points out, there is not one shred of evidence that Russia is behind the hacks or the email leaks. Not one.
If it were true, and "the intelligence" really were so classified that the NSA (CIA/FBI/Homeland Security/Barney Fife) knew about it but couldn't tell even Congress, they would not be going public with it now to help the Democrats.
Everyone who throws a rock and points at Russia yelling "Look over there", is trying to distract us from the hideous truth exposed by these emails.
If you are buying what the Democrats, the Republican Elites, the media, the #NeverTruth ers are selling.... you've been had.
Malcolm Pollack, at waka waka waka, pointed us to a couple of eye openers about the facts. These aren't outliers. Professor Stephen F. Cohen is a mainstream REAL foreign policy expert. Specifically, he is professor emeritus of Russian studies at Princeton University and New York University.

How Many Of Us WOULDN'T Ask "Why Can't We Use Nukes?" When Faced With Some News Stories
Keith Koffler's White House Dossier (GREAT blog, BTW) reports (with video clip) that Joe Scarborough cited an "anonymous source" while repeating a rumor that Presumptive President Elect Donald J. Trump asked an "unidentified" "foreign policy expert" why we can't use nukes in some "unnamed" "non-disclosed" "hour long" "policy briefing".
Funny, I’ve often asked that question myself. If I had a bonafide “foreign policy expert” to hand when reading some of the reports that make me ask that, I would probably ask it out loud, and look expectantly at them for an answer.
But first, I would ask why Susan Rice tried to stop UN troops from going in to stop the Rwandan Genocide, and why Susan Rice asked, as the slaughter continued with her full knowledge, “”If we use the word ‘genocide’ and are seen as doing nothing, what will be the effect on the November [congressional] election?” ”
Then I would ask why Samantha Power’s motorcade hit and run killing of a little boy on her recent “Humanitarian” tour of Camaroon did not result in charges being filed against her and her security personnel who told the driver to keep moving because it “wasn’t safe” to stop.
Finally, if I had a “foreign policy expert” to chat with, I would want to know why Obama and Kerry (and Clinton before them) sent an abortion-activist social worker in as the Lead Negotiator on the Nuke Deals with both North Korea and Iran.
After that, yeah, I would probably want to know why it is we can’t use nukes. British and American POWS at ground zero in Japan, and Japanese citizens of the cities who survived the blast and initial aftermath, lived to be very old – in their late 70s and older, one into his 90s. One of those, when asked if the US was right to bomb Japan, told The Telegraph ” “I am so pleased they did,” said Mr Housego. “We never thought the war would end. The Japanese soldiers were ruthless; they were quite prepared to fight forever and die doing so. Millions more would have died if the government wasn’t forced to surrender.” [Little known fact: The US warned Japanese citizens of the impending attacks by dropping more than 5 million leaflets, and broadcasting every 15 minutes for days in advance]
The "Radio Show Host" was unclear about who what when where why or how, but he was positive about HOW MANY TIMES Mr Trump allegedly asked the question. Scarborough also failed to get any info on whether the "unnamed" "foreign policy expert" ever answered the question, even after being asked THREE TIMES.
I know if I ask someone a question three times and they don't answer it, that usually means they don't know or are ashamed of the answer.
So if the exchange even happened at all, and wasn't just some goof pranking Mr Scarborough, maybe the expert wasn't much of an expert but is sort of the "foreign policy expert" version of the "Ben Rhodes, fictional national security expert".
We live in crazy times, when the antagonists against intelligent thought now want to ridicule ordinary questions.
*Most of this post was first made as a comment on White House Dossier. After sleeping on it, I decided to share it further, with appropriate links.

Veteran Ray Starmann Writes An Open Letter to Mr. Khizr Khan
Clear, rational truths from the article "An Open Letter to Mr. Khizr Khan" at usdefensewatch.com, written by a Veteran who first offered his sincere condolences to this Gold Star family who falsely criticized Mr Donald Trump in a speech at the 2016 Democratic National Convention:
"As a former US Army officer, and a veteran of the Gulf War, I can certainly understand the pain and anguish that you and your wife endure every day.
"Your son died saving the lives of his fellow soldiers. As John wrote, Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
"Captain Khan is a hero. I am sure the soldiers he served with regard him as one. I know you and your wife do. Rest assured that millions of veterans regard your son as a hero as well."
Starmann clarifies Mr Trump's reasonable ideas, and the Constitutional requirement to limit immigration in ways that defend the Nation:
"Mr. Trump’s plan to temporarily halt immigration from Muslim countries that are known to either support terrorism or harbor terrorist groups is not only pragmatic, but indeed it is constitutional. It is the constitutional duty of the President of the United States to protect this nation."
Starmann continues with the hard truth:
"Whether you, your wife, the Muslim world and millions of Democrats are offended by Mr. Trump’s realistic view of the world is irrelevant. .....
"Whether you, your wife and son would have been prohibited from emigrating from Pakistan to America under Mr. Trump’s wartime plan is irrelevant. The security of this great land supersedes your desires and the desires of others who wish to come here now. The United States of America has no obligation to open its doors in order to placate foreigners and liberals in our government.
"To adopt any other course but Mr. Trump’s would be a cause for further endangering the lives of Americans every day. That, sir, is unacceptable.
"You attacked Mr. Trump in front of a worldwide audience, yet you can’t understand the fact that he defends himself against attacks from you, Hillary Clinton and the left. What else is one to do sir?
"We must live in a world of reality, not a world of denial, delusion and fantasy the Democrats inhabit every waking day of their lives."
